GANACHE hopes you are happy with your order.  If for any reason you are not, our returns and exchange process is easy.

Returns

GANACHE is happy to accept returns for a refund less the initial delivery fee.  Please let us know within 2 days from receipt by emailing GANACHE info@ganacheboutique.com.au.

You are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us.

Australia and Tasmania – please send your returned goods to us via Australia Post to the address below via registered post and email us the tracking number-

Please make sure that you clearly state ‘RETURN’ on the paper work with DHL.  If you do not state ‘RETURN’ on the paper work with DHL, the responsibility for any Australian government charges and other fees which may be imposed on GANACHE will rest with you, the customer, and payment will be required immediately so that the item can be released to GANACHE.  A DHL invoice will be emailed to you for immediate payment.

All returned items should be received new, unused and with all designer swing tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to you, the customer.

You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange your item, please let us know within 2 days from receipt by emailing GANACHE info@ganacheboutique.com.au.  GANACHE offers a singular exchange.  If your request cannot be fulfilled, GANACHE will refund you less the initial delivery fee.

Faulty Items

If the item you received is faulty, please let us know within 2 days from receipt by emailing GANACHE info@ganacheboutique.com.au. Please include as much detail as possible.

Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged.  If the item cannot be repaired by the designer or replaced, GANACHE will issue a full refund.

Store Credits

GANACHE store credits are valid for 12 months from issue date and will be emailed to you in a form of an online coupon. When placing your next order, simply type in the coupon code in the coupon box in the Checkout Page and check that your discount has been applied.  Please email GANACHE info@ganacheboutique.com.au if you need assistance.

Store credits cannot be transferred to another person or account.

Store credits cannot be redeemed or refunded for cash.
