Faulty Items

If the item you received is faulty, please let us know within 2 days from receipt by emailing GANACHE info@ganacheboutique.com.au. Please include as much detail as possible about the order and the problem with the item.

Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged.  If the item cannot be repaired or replaced by GANACHE, GANACHE will issue a full refund.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style or size or store credit, please let us know within 2 days from receipt by emailing GANACHE info@ganacheboutique.com.au.  GANACHE does not offer refunds.

GANACHE does not offer exchange on ‘sale’ tems.

You are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us.

If in Australia or Tasmania, please send your returned goods to us via registered post together with a copy of your receipt, to –

If you return an item for an exchange or store credit, a $10 delivery fee will be required by you, the customer, prior to re-delivery.

If overseas, please send your returned goods to us via DHL together with a copy of your receipt, to –

If you return an item for an exchange or store credit, the responsibility for any Australian government charges and other fees which may be imposed on GANACHE will rest with you, the customer, and payment will be required immediately so that the item can be released to GANACHE.  A DHL invoice will be emailed to you, the customer, for immediate payment.  Once the returned item has been released to GANACHE, the new item will be delivered to you, the customer, for a further AUD $50 delivery fee.

Items should be returned new, unused and with all GANACHE and designer swing tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Please email GANACHE info@ganacheboutique.com.au if any of your purchases have been delivered without swing tags.

You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

Refunds

GANACHE does not offer refunds.

‘Sale’ Items

GANACHE does not offer return, exchange or refund on ‘sale’ items.

Store Credits

GANACHE store credits are valid for 3 months from issue date and will be emailed to you in a form of an online coupon. When placing your next order, simply type in the coupon code in the coupon box in the Checkout Page and check that your discount has been applied.  Please email GANACHE info@ganacheboutique.com.au if you need assistance.
